In 2001, he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations with a degree in Economics. In 2002, with a degree in Finance and Credit. Ph.D. in Economics (2011).
In 2002–2005, he held various positions at the State Investment Company and OJSC Gazprom.
2005–2011 – Vice President, First Vice President, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC GAZPROMBANK;
2011–2016 – Chairman of the Board of SOGAZ;
Since April 2016 until approval in the position of the President of ALROSA, he worked as Senior Vice President – Head of Sberbank’s Wealth Management Block;
On March 13, 2017, he was elected as the President of PJSC ALROSA. Since January 11, 2018, the senior leadership position was renamed to Chief Executive Officer – Chairman of the Executive Committee.
