Marina graduated from the Azerbaijan Oil and Chemistry Institute (1983) with a degree in petrochemistry (technology of basic organic synthesis). In 1997 she became an employee of the Algerian state oil and gas company Sonatrach. Since 2017 — Head of the chromatographic analysis service of the Sonatrach Research and Development Center. The service performs test measurement for all Sonatrach productive projects in the interests of third-party customers, including mixed and foreign companies in the energy sector of Algeria.
